ADMISSION PROCEDURE
 

The Parent or guardian of the student who is seeking admission, should apply in the prescribed admission form. The prospectus along with the admission form can be had from the school office on payment of the stipulated amount.

 

  1. School Prospectus and Fee details is available here: https://www.truelightschool.in/application. Online Registration is mandatory before admission form is accessed or presented at the school.
  2. The duly filled in application form must be submitted along with a copy of the birth certificate, previous marks sheet or progress report and transfer certificate (T.C.).
  3. On submission of the duly filled in admission form along with the necessary documents, a date for admission test cum interactive session will be made known.
  4. The selection of students for admission will be based on their achievements in the previous class, as well as their performance in the admission test cum interactive session.
  5. The selected student will be admitted on remittance of the stipulated fees.
  6. The original transfer certificate must be submitted at the time of admission.
  7. The fee details are available at the school office. Fee once remitted is not transferable or refundable.
  8. When a student is admitted on transfer, he or she shall not be admitted in any class higher than the specific class for which he is eligible for admission as per the transfer certificate.
  9. A student who wishes to discontinue during the academic session must pay the full fees of the particular quarter while applying for T.C.
  10. The right to admission is reserved by the school administration.

ACADEMIC PROFILE

The School follows an acclaimed standard quality academic curriculum that caters to the wholesome development of the learner. We offer English, Hindi and Sanskrit languages as subject-parts of the curriculum while following English as the medium of instruction. The school offers the following classes of study:

 

Pre-Nursery School:    Play Group

Nursery School:           Nursery

Pre-Primary School:     Lower Kindergarten (LKG) & Upper Kindergarten (UKG)

Primary School:            I, II, III, IV & V

Junior High School:     VI, VII & VIII

 

Pre-Nursery (Play Group):

For admission in the play group, the child must have completed an age of 1 ½ - 2 years. Birth certificate from the concerned authority must be produced at the time of admission.

Nursery:

For admission in the Nursery, the child must have completed an age of 2 ½ - 3 years. Birth certificate from the concerned authority must be produced at the time of admission.

 

Pre-Primary:

For admission in L.K.G. (Lower Kinder Garten) the child must have completed an age of 3 ½ - 4 years.

For admission in U.K.G. (Upper Kinder Garten) the child must have completed 4 ½ - 5 years of age.

A pass certificate of the previous class and birth certificate from the concerned authority must be produced at the time of admission.

 

Primary (I, 11, 111, IV & V):

For admission in these classes, a pass certificate of the previous class along with the progress report card and original transfer certificate must be produced at the time of admission. The following age criteria for these classes will be adhered to:

Class-I:      5 ½ - 6 years

Class-II:     6 ½ - 7 years

Class-III:    7 ½ - 8 years

Class-IV:    8 ½ years-9 years

Class-V:     9 ½ years-10 years

 

Junior High School (VI, VII & VIII):

For admission in these classes, a pass certificate of the previous class along with the original transfer certificate

must be produced at the time of admission. The following age criteria for these classes will be adhered to:

Class-VI:       10 ½ - 11 years

Class-VII:      11 ½ - 12 years

Class-VIII:     12 ½ - 13 years
