The domain name "truelightschool.in" is owned by True Light English School, under the aegis of True Light Education and Charitable Trust registered under the Indian Trust Act,1882 with its registered office at - Mahamanapuri Colony, Near Vivekanand Mutt, Karaundi, B.H.U,Varanasi-221005, Uttar Pradesh. These "Terms of Use" govern your use of True Light English School's website.
In these Terms, reference to 'you', 'user' ,"End User", "learner" shall mean all the users who accessing all contents, using the services offered through True Light English School and 'We', 'us' and 'our services', " True Light English School sites" and /or " True Light English School" shall mean True Light English School and its affiliates.
Please read carefully. This is a contract. By using our services, you accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms or do not agree to be bound by all such terms, do not use this service.

Eligibility Criteria for using our services

Please keep in mind that End user/learner who are under the age of between 3 to 13 years are not allowed to access or use our services. They can use our services under parents/ guardian guidance.

We ask that you review the terms of our Privacy policy so that you are aware of how we collect and use your information.

Use of our License

Subject to our "Terms of use", we grant you non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use our service. User can download content from our services only for their personal, non-commercial use, until they obtain True Light English School written consent to use the content. Users advised that they will access, Log-in and/use only one user account, and will not share with any third party access to or access information for your own account.

It is important that, we protect our rights so that we can protect our users from fraudulent impersonators. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, and other intellectual property rights. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the content, use of the content on any other website or networked computer environment or use of the content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. User will (a) protect True Light School's information that is identified as confidential or that reasonably should be considered confidential; (b) use this information only to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement; User will not use any service mark, symbol, or other True Light School’s proprietary right; issue press releases or other publicity relating to True Light Schools or this Agreement; or refer to True Light School in promotional materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

True Light School’s website, and any contents, services or any Intellectual Property contained on it, obtained or accessed through the site, are provided "As is" and without representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. specifically, but without limitation, True Light Schools does not warrant that: (i) the information on this site is correct, accurate, reliable or complete; (ii) the functions contained on this site will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) defects will be corrected, or (iv) this site or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, True Light School, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, advertisers, and agents disclaim any and all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and all warranties relating to the adequacy, accuracy or completeness of any information on True Light School.

You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of our services and your reliance thereon. A possibility exists that the True Light School could include inaccuracies or errors, or materials that violate this Agreement. Additionally, a possibility exists that unauthorized alterations could be made to True Light Schools by third parties. Although we attempt to ensure the integrity of our services, we make no guarantees as to the completeness or correctness of any content on the True Light School’s site. We will try to address your concerns as soon as reasonably practicable.

Limitations of Liability

Neither True Light Schools, nor its affiliates, advertisers, affiliates, or suppliers, agents or sponsors are responsible or liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the site and/or any content contained therein, or any services used or purchased through True Light School. Even if we have been advised of possibility of such damages, whether caused in whole or in part by negligence, Act of God, telecommunications failure, or unauthorized access to True Light School services or its related information or programs, True Light School will not responsible for all these events. Indemnification

By using our services You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, reasonable attorneys' fees or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your violation of the condition of this Agreement; (b) your use of our services; or (c) your violation of the rights of any third party. You will co-operate as fully and as reasonably required in True Light School’s defense of any claim.

Termination the right of "End User/learner/parent/guardian"

You understand and agree that True Light School may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice to you, terminate your access to and use of our services. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches of the Agreement or other agreements or guidelines, or (b) technical difficulties. We reserve the right to suspend or end the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Even after your use and participation are banned, blocked or otherwise suspended, these Terms of Use will remain in effect with respect to relevant provisions.

Modifications

True Light School may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, revise these Terms of Use or modify it's related services and the revision shall be effective immediately on such posting. You agree to review these Terms of Use and other online policies posted on the True Light School's websites periodically to be aware of any revisions. You agree that, by continuing to use or access to our services following notice of any revision, you shall abide by any such revision.

Waiver

The failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any such provisions nor prevent True Light School thereafter from enforcing the provision or any other provisions of these Terms of Use.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Student registration Payments-Non refundable. In case there is a withdrawal of admission in the middle of the year and if the student had already paid fully the years' fees, we will process refund of the surplus amount, after deducting the amount for the current quarter.

Severability

If any term, condition or provision in these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, then it is the intent of the parties that such court apply a rule of reasonableness and modify the term, condition or provision in question so it will remain in effect to the greatest extent permitted by law. In the event a court finds such procedure to be inappropriate, then such invalid term, condition or provision will be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
